I think asus should do a recall. My first ROG 5 phone turned off cause of motherboard issue. Now ROG 5s is also facing the same issue. They definately should do something about this.

I had connected with the ASUS customer care and got two service centre numbers but both of them are not responding to my calls.

I am facing the same issue. My phone also turned off for no reason and the charging led is also not working.
