My rog phone 6 vibrates strangely and turns off

For a couple of days now I have had a problem with my rog phone 6, which is that it reaches 20% battery and starts to vibrate strangely and then turns itself off 1 minute later and does not turn on unless I plug it into the current. The truth is I don't know if it is a software problem or something more internal (like the battery) or maybe because it overheats (in my country there have been very high temperatures)
