  Hello I'm having the exact same issue. The FN+arrow keys does not work to change the rgb lightning. I have the bios version 307 and the laptop is a FA506QM From what I've read, I should update the bios with a version you can send me ? I can provide my serial number in PM. Thanks for your help!
