Zenfone 6 can't be used on ATT or Cricket Wireless anymore due to the recent shut down of there 3G network and not activating any new 3G device's or 4G devices that don't support VOLTE on there network
Hmmm... My brother in law has the same issue with his but I got it to restart by holding down volume down + power at same time for about 5-10 seconds and it rebooted so idk hopefully you get yours worked out
skylerwolfeIt does work on T-Mobile. I'm using it right this second. As I said in another thread, it has never supported band 71 but that does not equate to it "not working on T-Mobile." I suppose you could say it doesn't support all bands on T-Mobil...
I am not saying your wrong I am justing saying to have an optimal experience on Tmobile it's wise to use a device with band 71 as of late they have been reframing a lot of there 850 into band 71 because of low band 5G
