Error - System freeze when changing from Sound to Vibrate mode

When I swipe down and tap the sound icon to change from sound on to vibrate mode: around 50% of the time nothing will happen, and I have to tap 2 or 3 times before it works. Another big mistake by the ASUS Zenfone Max Plus M1 development team, very disappointing. Does anyone agree they should all be sacked from their job for making us suffer so much? @Selena please tell me the contact details of your boss so that I can make a formal complaint, thank you. Please do not tell me to do a factory reset as I am not willing to delete everything because of your team's incompetence. A bunch of kids could do a better job than ASUS team.
