Model: ASUS Zenfone Max M2

My phone is stuck on logo and it suddenly happened when I was charging. I have tried all steps I found on the ASUS support site but nothing worked.  I can't factory reset. When I hold the Volume and power button I only get CSC FASTBOOT Long Press Power Key to ShutDown Device >>>

So I can't enter Android Recovery Screen.
