Firmware Version:407
Rooted or not:NO
Frequency of Occurrence: PERMANENT
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app)
This happended when i.upgraded to Android 10 beta .widevine became l3 and downgrading doesn't give l1 back.please fix this issue.
