What's your phone’s firmware version (Settings > About phone> Build number)
Please make sure that your phone is up to date.
Have you tried it under "safe mode"? Please help testing your phone GPS functionality under safe mode.
In safe mode, only the factory pre-installed applications will be loaded.

Which verion of Waze do you use?
Does this issue happen to every app that requires GPS ?
