1. Do you mean receiving or sending WhatsApp's "audio record message" that sounds low or lower? Or do you mean record a WhatsApp call by other Voice Recorder App, if so, which Voice Recorder App and what version?
2. Do you experience the difference after you update to Android 10 V424 or have you experienced the issue since when?
3. Does the sound low happen in other stock apps calling/apps, stock app"Sound Recorder" or just WhatsApp, indicating the issue of whole phone or just a single app?
4. Which WhatsApp version do you have? If you update to the latest WhatsApp version, does the situation remain the same?
