Vibrate mode does not work

vibrate mode does not work. yesterday my cellphone fell hard enough .. I just realized the vibrating mode doesn't work. what's wrong with my cellphone 😞 help me answer it. what's the cause because my cellphone dropped hard enough? 😞 I've tried .12345 + = but on vibrate test. my cellphone doesn't vibrate. what's wrong with my cellphone?
