I can't use SIM 1 slot for mobile data. SIM 2 works fine though. Please help.

What's your phone’s firmware version (Settings > About > Software information > Build number) Please try to use other different sim card for a check, also check the SIM tray Please verify it in safe mode. Build Number: OPM1.WW_Phone-15.2016.1901.156-20190126 I already tried swapping the sim cards and it's still a no go.
