Zenfon max pro m1 have a bug. But when you insert new sdcard, format option will appear. If you use that then your sdcard will be dead. 2 months ago i was confused why my sdcard(adata) suddenly corrupted then today i insert a sd card from my other phone and its corrupted too. Tried many method to restore and it failed. Dont use the format option from zenfon max pro m1

Hi diniezaidi, Does it happen in firmware version WW-15.2016.1902.340? Or previous versions as well? Could you tell me your SD card brand and type? Do you have a screenshot of the error message? Please try taking out the SD card and use PC to back up data in SD card. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
