Press and hold volume down button make phone restart

So when im playin some games on my phone, im holding volume down button. Then the phone just restarted. My phone cant boot up ( stuck on asus logo ) then restart itself again. How to repair this please help

My assus max pro m1. when I restart my phone then there is problem in problem they said you device is corrupt............... What I do?????

Sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. I came up some stay-at-home troubleshooting for you to try, kindly refer to the tips below:

1. Please try to back up your data to PC via USB.

2. Try following steps to access recovery mode.
a. Keep pressing "volume down key"
b. Press "power key" and stop press " power key" once you feel the vibration
c. Still keep pressing "volume down key" and stop press "volume down key" once you enter [Android Recovery] Screen
d. Choose "Wipe data/factory reset"

3. Recovery to previous version via SD card downgrade.
