I need restrictions lifted

Hello,
I'm currently in the US with a phone I purchased at a flagship store in the Philippines, since the Pandemic I'm currently in the US. I'm trying to use a "Simplemobile" plan , which I was successful with for 2 months. However, when trying to reup the plan the company says there are restrictions that need to be lifted. Can you please help me with that?
