Help my phone auto restart

Dear admin, since im update to OS 9, my phone pro max m1 always auto restart when play game, browngsing, YouTube and phone is silent as well, how to fix it this bug? I try hard reset phone doesnt work, this phone still auto restart, pls help me

If the situation remains the same after performing the Factory Reset, what you described indicates high possibility of slightly faulty hardware, any firmware update/flashing may trigger the symptom. Please turn on auto-backup or backup your data from time to time. If the device does not encounter the auto restart/shutdown frequently, you may keep your normal usage. If the device starts to encounter the auto restart/shutdown frequently, e,g. from once two week to once two days, please bring your device to the nearest repair center for further device checking.

I bought a cellphone in a new, but after 2 months of use the cellphone was in normal condition, after OS 9 appeared I updated it, and automatic restart symptoms often occurred after update OS 9, when I was playing games, browsing even the phone sleep, i don't know hardware or software, but if hardware since im buy this phone auto restart right?
