Headphones mic volume is too low and the caller can't hear me

Please tell us some basic information before asking for help:
Model Name: Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 (ASUS_X01BDA)
Firmware Version: PKQ1.WW_PHONE-16.2017.1908.070-20190903
Rooted or not: Not
Frequency of Occurrence: Always
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): All calling apps like What'sapp, Telegram, Discord etc..
When i call someone using any headphones with mic (i tried with 4 different ones), the caller can't listen my voice because the volume si very very low.
I hadn't this problem since i updated to Android 9 😅
How can i solve this? i dont want to root my phone and go back to android 8

I think its the problem of your phones software. Try to factory reset your phone after taking a backup.

Before factory reset, you could also try the tips below
1. Please try the latest firmware (WW-16.2017.2004.075) with manual update.

2. Enter "Safe Mode"

If headphones works well in "Safe Mode", please check on any disturbance from the installed 3rd party Apps. You may try the factory reset.
