Regular call disconnection

Facing call disconnection issue on regular basis after speaking on call for 5min. On Pro M1OS - A9, 0.87 firmwareNote - this is not the provider issue, this is handset issue, I have tried all DIY fixes but still issue not getting solved.

My phone have a bulge on its back

A light is coming out of the side of the phone and when i put my phone on a flat table it do not lay flat at all. Although the bulge is not big i'm worried. What should i do?
