My phone does not display the pop up for incoming calls

Hallo, I am using the Zenfone Max Pro M1 and when a call comes in it doesn't activate the screen or pop up on screen, I have to unlock the screen and slide down the task bar to answer. Please how can I fix this??

Mobile slowness

Mobile is running very slow, Apps & system UI not responding, on A9 v 87, no new updates received after this. Slowness on Max Pro M1DIY - I have formatted the handset, cleared cache, free up memory as well but still not resolved Any solution for it?
