at Android 9 version 087 Fingerprint scanner is stuck in every week

Hlo team , why my phone finger print stuck in every 1 to 2 week after that when I'm reboot my Phone so the problem is solve for 1 week after that again this problem is happen then again after reboot this problem is solve and again after few days this problem is arrive, what is this guys why you people are not working as Good developer always you are sending some new issues on our devices this all things are so irritating for day to day life for normal users 😠😠😤😤

please release Android 10 stable update and give us new Android OS as soon as possible because we are know that you people are not releasing any updates for Android 9 version on Asue Max Pro M1, so now please release Android 10 as soon as possible on our devices and please now please don't send any bugs on our devices I'm humble request to all of you, please release proper stable update on our devices 😔😔

Hi, we'd request you follow the below steps:
1. Clear system cache.
2. Try the same under safe mode: 
Hold the power button for 5 seconds => When the screen flashes with option => Press & hold power option => You will get an option to restart in safe mode

3. If still you face the issue factory reset your phone after taking a full backup: https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1006346/
