Zenfone 10 gets LE Audio/LC3 - Why not Zenfone 9?

Zenfone 10 firmware has LE Audio enabled with LC3 codec. Is this coming to Zenfone 9?

Probably not. Other devices with 8+ gen 1 with Android 13 did not get the additional codec either. Except Sony Xperia which they use Dolby Atmos as a decoder

Dolby Atmos requires license fees to be paid. LE Audio and LC3 are already in Android 13 and are standards that are yet to take off in the consumer space. Unless there’s a fundamental flaw in the SoC, it’s unlikely it will be withheld. I was just hoping for a hint from ASUS staff.
