Settings: Battery Usage Wrong Structure

I believe the standard Asus set for battery usage is wrong. 

When I set battery limit to 90%, battery usage statistics are wrong because it's set to "since last full charge"! So, in order to have correct usage data, I must give up battery care and limit! I remember on my Samsung 23 it used to be like when you set the charge limit to 90, then the "since last full charge" started from 90 and not 100.

I've attached a screenshot of my battery usage since I unplugged the charger around 2 hours ago so you can understand.

I'm on the latest firmware of my Zenfone 9 with build number as WW_33.0804.2060.142

On my phone 90 is last full charge. Are you sure you're charging up to exactly 90?

Yes, it was charged overnight. I'll try it again tonight.
