App rotating bug in 33.0804.2060.189 using gesture control

When using gesture control and turning display animation off, rotating between applications swiping right the bar at the bottom of the display causes flickering. Sometimes the home screen flickers, other times something else is displayed.  It almost always happens. Enabling display animation seems to eliminate the flickering.

Yup, same problem with my phone after this update.

Using the back gesture, swipe from left or right to the middle of the screen, return to the pervious application and not to the home screen as expected. This is not related to the screen flickering and is probably a different issue in this release.
