Zenfone 8z freezing and shutting off and WiFi not working

Model Name: Zenfone 8z

Firmware Version:  Android 13  33.0210.0210.332

Rooted or not: Not rooted

Frequency of Occurrence: 2 a day atleast 

For about 3 days my phone has been freezing and shutting off ( without shutting down written on it i.e. crashing ) on its own and when i turn it on the wifi and hotspot doesn't work atleast. Wifi only works if I turn the device off manually and then turn it on after few minutes

Phone is not heated at that moment though
