Zenfone 8 with Garmin Venu2 BT issue

  5. APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Garmin Connect

I've recently bought a Garmin Venu 2, tried connecting my Zenfone8 to it with the Garmin Connect app to no avail. I've looked for ways online far and wide but cant find a solution. Apparently it has something to do with Android 13. Please advise on ways to connect. FYI, I typed the password correctly every time but the same message keeps pop up.

This may be related to the Bluetooth issue on Android 13. I was able to resolve this issue by downgrading to Android 12 and then blocking the forced upgrade to A13. Keep in mind that downgrade will reset the phone to factory defaults.

Well, i cant afford to reset my  phone, so im looking for an alternative to this solution..
