Wifi and hotspot not working after update ZENFONE 8

Tried reset, refresh and restart phone multiple times still not solved.  Help!

https://forums.whirlpool.net.au/archive/2627746 I had a similar issue - in the end i found this post that pointed me to checking the APN type settings and including a type called dun - this made the hotspot work again. mine was incorrectly set as fun! not sure if the update processed it wrongly or not but now it's fixed - i wish all users could know this - such an awesome phone!
