When is Android 12 OTA comming?

As mentioned above, why there is still no Android 12 OTA?

Asus released the A12 in December to meet the promised deadline. Each user of A12 may point out minor bugs in the system operation after the update. Maybe they don't want to send OTA before solving most of the problems?

Yes you are righ, they also declared the release of A12 at the end of 2021, which they did.

Android 12 is proving to be a nightmare for all OEM,s . I just returned a OnePlus 9 Pro because of their nightmare version of A 12 . If Asus is not going to release an ota update for A12 I think it's probably a good idea,at least until they get it to work properly. Even the pixel,s ota was stopped because of to many problems. Google have just made to many changes in A12 for it to work without any problems
