Unlock Device App won't work

When I try to unlock my Zenfone 8 with the device unlock app the app shows: " Failed to unlock your device. please try again later.[21003]"

I have seen similar threads with assistance from mods before...

So, now I got the Info from my local ASUS Service department that the Servers communicating with the unlock app are down. But they can tell me If and when they will be restarted....
WTF?
So maybe somebody here could tell me?
