The Weather app does not update automatically

The built-in weather app does not automatically update the weather data (including the app icon).
 The update occurs only when the application is opened, or manually.
Firmware version WW/EU/RU_31.1010.0411.138 (Android 12)
Application version 8.2.0.29_220719
How to fix?
All necessary permits have been issued.
The application was reset, did not help.

Thanks for reaching out. Have you allowed all location permission and set it to "All the time"? If not, it is not allowed to check location and update in the background except when it is being actively used.

I checked, it seems that all the necessary permissions have been issued.
The application did not require any more additional permissions.
Send screenshots so I can check the settings, or write point by point where and what I need to check the settings of this application!

After updating to android 13, I hoped that it would work again.

Unfortunately, the miracle didn't happen...

They have a weather app!
