MobileID stopped working, not secure authentication now

Im using  MobileID (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mobile_signature) as authentication process online to identify myself. While ago on my phone just stopped to show security code, which was sent from website (eg my bank) and I CANT compare they match or not.

At first I contacted my bank, and they said it is not from they side. Then I contacted my sim provider and they said that everything works fine from they side. 

So what lefts is phones manufacturer - Asus. 

Please Asus take a serious  into this, because with my phone Im not able to identify SECURILY myself online.

Could you tell us the app you are using and firmware version of your device?

What you mean which app Im using? MobileID is related to sim card, not some app!

Firmware latest 33.0210.0210.296

Hello @modval 

This sounds like an issue with your mobile operator. If not, I would also verify that your mobile ID isn't expired as this could also cause similar issues.
