Do you use tempered glass or any screen protector?? if yes please remove it and check again. If still issue remains or you do not use any tempered glass or screen protector than flip motor of your camera is damaged and needs to be replaced. For which you need to take your device to service centre for furthur checkups and fixes.

Actually flip motor work but still I received the notification I removed cover protector but I still receive

Looks like a problem with the sensor. Does the camera work even with the notification?
