Even if you do not want to use the time zone and manual time, the phone changes by itself. Please resolve this.

No, we can't. It says that this update is to upgrade from Android 9 to 10 only. Since this problem happens on Android 10, we can't update it.

@neemiasvf I just followed the steps and updated it in my android 10... It worked perfectly.. just follow the steps mentioned by @LP_ASUS

That means if you want to upgrade from Android 9 to 10, you need to be on 1909.194. If you are already on Android 10, you can ignore that line. This is a sequential Android 10 update for all users already on Android 10.
