Ear piece speaker and related issues

No sterio effect nothing. second speaker has close to no volume,all the sound is coming from main speaker.Will we get an update? And also there is a noticeable disturbance when switched to speaker in normal mode....not outdoor

The upper and lower speakers have different design functions. The upper speaker is designed as a middle and high-pitched speaker, and the lower speaker is mainly designed as a mid-woofer. Therefore, when the song effect has more low frequency components, the lower speaker will have outstanding performance, and the upper speaker will be additive effect. The sound magician opens the outdoor mode, the volume of the upper and lower speakers will be balanced, but the lower speakers will be louder.

The stereo feature refers to that the earpiece and bottom speaker can play right and left sound. Not that you get a perfect stereo perspective. The earpiece is too weak to match the bottom speaker. 
Most phones with the same speaker setup will only play mono. This is why we mention that it can play stereo.
