Camera Error

My Camera can't uses it's 2 lens, only wide angle. Also, my camera cant uses for video call on (Whatsapp), taking picture (Whatsapp, Instagram, Twitter, etc), and always flipped (automatically) when there's a call, even it's voice call. Camera can be used for taking pict/vid by camera app, and only uses wide angle lens.
