Making a phone call or answering a call through the phone or WhatsApp causes the phone to freeze. This is happening after upgrading to Android 11. Does anyone else face this issue? What's the solution? Thanks

I'm on A11 (107) and just did a factory reset and I can't for some reason find where to activate this feature. I had it prior to the reset. I assume it's there and I'm just not seeing it.
