Apps are being constantly running in background

Apps are being restarted in background while check in mobile manager. Constantly there are 2-6 apps and maximum of 8 apps are running in background even after I click optimize in mobile manager which leads to battery drain in phone idle state.
I have check auto-start manager and everything is fine in that. But apps are being restarted frequently.
