Dear Asus,
I have installed android 10 OTA update but after installation , found speaker volume is creaking while playing songs. Another thing is screen lock automatically open without the help of finger print scanner and face unlock pls fix this issue.

Hi! You first issue is already reported by others. The second one could be that you have maybe enabled smart lock with a trusted bluetooth device or location
