Sound quality drops when the audio jack plugged

So, i recently updated my Zenfone 5q to OS Pie, and when i tried to plug earphone the sound quality drops, the audiowizard seems doesnt help, the bass went missing and leaving the treble behind, which didn't sound nice. Please help.
