Are your firmware currently on the WW-16.0610.1812.58?
(1.) Please kindly go settings>apps & notifications > see all apps> app info > 3 dots menu > reset app preference.
(2.) If this problem still exists, please kindly restore these apps to confirm.
(e.g.: settings > apps & notifications > see all apps> app info> Netflix> storage & memory >clear data and cache.)
