May I know which firmware version are you using?
The latest one is V90.11.162.88.
May you try to charge the phone without using it,
disble 4G and Wifi, also turn off all the apps that might be working in the background.
Then charging within 20-80% range.
And let me know from what % to what%, how long does it take?
