I have few questions:
Does unlocking bootloader mean rooting one’s phone?
Can ASUS service centers unlock the bootloader? Are they allowed?
My phone was OOW but never rooted. I am convinced that the service center had unlocked the bootloader. They had handed over my handset saying that it was repaired. Besides, the model name changed from ZS621KL to ZS620KL.
