Netflix playback reduced to sd

I just checked my Netflix playback quality and it had been reduced to sd. The widevine level shown is L3. My device hasn't been rooted and i haven't unlocked my bootloader. Please help me with regaining the hd playback

Android 10 still does not support HD content ( Widevine L1 )

They should mention this drawback in changelog for Android 10 update ,all good features are removed in Android 10 is it update or downgrade! Shocking to see nobody protesting
