Fragments at the bottom of the display

There is a area at the bottom of the screen where some fragments of screen apeeared - see attachment. Its colors varies according to the colors of the whole screen.
It apeeared suddenly from nowhere when I disconnected the charger.
Any ideas what could it be and how to fix it?
I hope that it is not a problem with gpu since it reminds the fragments that is caused by damaged RAM of gpu at PC.

Well the fragments are not visible in printscreen, so it is probably a HW error.
Here are two photos which shows the fragments.
