Hello. My phone seems to have an issue locating my JBL Charge 3 Bluetooth speaker. The speaker itself works fine, I connect it regularly with other devices, such as other phones, ipads etc. I go through the regular process of recognising new devices both on the speaker and the phone, and it just doesn't show up on the list of devices available to pair. I made sure no other device is connected on the speaker before trying to pair it with the phone. Thank you

Hi youcantkillrocknroll, Please try resetting your network settings and try again. (Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth) Please try clearing the memory of the previously connected device. Please provide your firmware version: Settings > System > About Phone > Software information Thank you 🙂
