Last night I was watching a movie on Netflix app and decided to see if using full screen mode instead of default made and difference on my screen. This morning when I turned my phone on I noticed an about 1/2 inch thick black bar or unused pixels across the bottom. The auto hudeb soft keys seem to ignore it and sit on top but it is like my phone screen size got smaller. Still shows curves in the corners of the screen but not at the bottom anymore, like I said about a half inch from the bottom. I tried to change the mode back to default with no joy. Also tried activating and deactivating hide notch still to no avail.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
