Zenfone 10 - SIM 1 no longer works?

Woke up this morning and SIM 1 slot no longer reads. No drop, no damage, no nothing. Just woke up and checked my phone and somehow overnight SIM 1 stopped working. I've only had this phone only for a month.

I swapped the SIM to slot 2 and that works. Swap it back to slot 1, nothing. I tried resetting network settings, no go. Unwilling to factory reset as I refuse to sacrifice 4h to re-setup everything.

Anyone else have this happen? Anyone else have a solution?

Hey @henry74,
Can you try using another SIM card in the SIM1 slot and check if the slot can read it?

If it doesn't, then I'd recommend you contact your nearest ASUS service center and get your device examined.
