Status of Auto-Refresh and Wifi-issues?

Is there any new status about these 2 major bugs?

1) Auto-referesh doesn't work properly, it never goes over 90hz and its even at 60hz in many apps.

2) Issue with Wifi-download speed, at times it works fine, other times it doesn't.

I have the Zenfone 9 and that is the way how it works. The Refresh Rate on the Zenfone 9/10 doesn't work all the time like other phones, the Refresh Rate works depending on the App, some Apps work at 60Hz only.

I just keep it at 120 Hz fixed. The battery still lasts well over a day with lots of use.
