Screen saver not working

Hi Folks,

I have just switched on screen saver on my new Zenphone 10 and set it to "clock" and "analog,". I tapped preview and I could see it ok. I checked it to turn on when docked and charging. However, it never works. Am I doing something wrong?

Also, would be nice if android gave us a little more functionality like indicating the arrival of new messages.

So, it's almost a week since I posted and I have had 55 views and no answers. I thought that this was a "help and support" forum where Asus moderators would be there to help. Obviously not. I rumaged through many other posts on here and the same thing ..many ppl post up questions or issues and have no feedback. What's the point of reading all of these issues and no solutions or suggestions. My suggestion would be to just shut down these useless forums. I really don't see the point of them.
