ZenBook Problem

I just got a new Zenbook for school and after a few days when i start up it just freezes, and after a  few second just black screens. This happens more then 30 times until the laptop just crashes entirely. I tried fixing it by system reset, it worked for 2 days and the same problem reappeared. The only time i get it to work is when i start it up, hard restart  and then it works normally. I really need to fix it soon.

"A new Zenbook for school" is very to determine what the problem is.

If the problem persists, I would suggest sending it to a repair center for further investigation.
