ZenBook Duo can't put 1440p on 32 inch ultrawide

System: Windows 11 Pro
Model: ZenBook Duo UX481FA
Specs: Intel Core i5 10210U, UHD 620, 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD
Detailed description:
I recently bought my 32 Inch Ultrawide and it could only display 1080p 60hz. Now the monitor is 1440p 165hz but in windows settings there is no such option. I then went to intel graphics panel and custom made the resolution, and it said that the bandwidth is not enough. Another interesting thing is that in Device manager, every display (including built-ins) is shown as Generic PnP. Can someone help? Thanks.

Hi there,
The maximum resolution and frequency that the HDMI can support on your model is 1920x1080 @ 60Hz.
And it is normal that the displays are listed as Generic PnP.
Thank you.
