Model: UX434FL
Frequency of occurrence: all the time
Reset OS: Yes

Detailed description：The wrong camera driver has been downloaded and install from Microsoft. This happened when upgrading to windows 11 and will not install the latest driver from Asus or realtek. Thus, the camera is currently not working. As the Device Manager is showing a 2008 driver. It should be at least v10 version. I have tried all manor of ways to get the driver to install. But, no joy. I would appreciated any help

If you remove the driver from Windows update and install it with the driver from our download site, will the situation be resolved?
